1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Chief of Staff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use AI Chief of Staff for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

All plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period ends, subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on AI Chief of Staff are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI Chief of Staff makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall AI Chief of Staff or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI Chief of Staff.
